When will my order arrive?

Your order is processed and shipped within 24 business hours. From there, our usual shipping timeframe applies:

Priority Delivery: 4 business days
Standard Delivery: 7 to 14 business days

Important Reminder: Your order is our top priority! Tracking numbers will be available as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates only and exclude weekends and holidays.

Here are some possible cases where delays occur:

Return to sender, insufficient address, failed delivery attempts: Couriers make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your package. If it's returned to us, email support@buycurveease.com and we'll send it back out to you!

Holidays: Sudden or unexpected increases in delivery volume are common during the holiday season. Follow up with your local post office to track down your package.

Weather conditions: Bad weather can slow transit and cause delays. Please keep track of your order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update your address! Email us at support@buycurveease.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll happily resend it to the updated address once it arrives back at our warehouse.

Why is my tracking not updating?

It's completely normal for tracking to pause for a day or two! Here are a few common reasons your tracking may not be moving:

In transit between carriers: Your package may be moving between facilities or being handed off to a local carrier. Updates will resume at the next scanning point.

Customs clearance: For international orders, tracking will pause while your package clears customs. As soon as it's released, updates will continue!

Weekends and holidays: Carriers don't always scan packages on weekends or holidays, so tracking can pause briefly during those days.

Weather or carrier delays: Bad weather, high volume, or local carrier slowdowns can occasionally cause tracking to pause. Don't worry, your package is still on its way!

If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, email us at support@buycurveease.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you right away!

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if something isn't right with your order! We want to make this easy for you.

Email us at support@buycurveease.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the issue, and we'll send out a replacement or arrange a refund right away.
